I had a great experience at Big Frog. I came in with a design for a shirt to print as a gift for someone. The employee met me with a cheerful attitude and willingness to work with me to create a shirt design that would work with their equipment and still look the way I wanted it to. I could tell they were quite busy before the holidays, but the employee took the time to redesign my shirt with me to get the same effect I was going for. The shirt was ready when they said it would be and it looks fabulous! I had a great experience here and would for sure come back for future shirt printing needs.

The printing work came out just like I envisioned it. I love the Champion mid weight and softness, The only thing I wish had happened was that it have pockets like a hoodie, but that is totally on me because I did not tell the person that was helping me that.
We had NYE shirts remade that Big Frog had done for us 5 years ago. To our surprise, they STILL had the image that was designed from that long ago! The new shirts turned out even better than the originals (softer, more flexible design). Even though it was 2 shirts, they were happy to fit them in to their already busy holiday schedule. The turnaround was super fast. Thanks again!

Great service doing a special order for us. On pick up of the original order, we found another product in the store that we liked and asked for an additional color scheme added to the product. The young lady helping us was very eager to work it up and had it finished within a short time. I will go back there and have already recommended it to a young teacher granddaughter to check it out for school wear. The 45 minute drive for us to come to Blue Springs is very worthwhile for the quality and professionalism we were shown.
The staff was incredible. They were so helpful and pleasant to work with. they helped tremendously with my decision in getting holiday gifts for my work associates. I have already recommended them to multiple people and wish them all the success in the world.
