I am a recent customer of Big Frog in Gilbert. I placed an initial order for various types of shirts in a variety of colors and sizes. Big Frog helped to design the logo, provided guidance about shirt quality levels and popular colors, and the various ways in which a logo could be applied. They even steered me away from purchasing some other logo gear because the said it would be expensive and they didn't want us to be an unhappy customer. Wow, sacrificing more profit to make the customer happy; that says a lot about the business. My primary contact has been Bernard but anyone I have worked with has been helpful and attentive to my needs. I liked my first experience with them so well that I have already returned to order more shirts.

I had a great experience with Big Frog. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. The staff was patient, walked me through the options, and made sure my design looked perfect before printing. The very quick turnaround for the shirts i ordered are top-tier. The fabric is incredibly soft and fits true to size. I highly recommend this place if you want custom apparel done right. I will definitely be ordering again!

I love my custom made canvas bag from the SheSpeaks Film Festival. Not only was it a beautiful color (buttery yellow), but it has a zipper! Very cool detail.

Amazing business! I had a day of need and had never stopped in before but had driven by many of times. I decided to stop and see what the chances were to get a small order turned around in a few hours. They were so friendly and made sure I knew what I was getting after knowing what I was looking for. I will definitely be using them again for all of my custom order business! My only regret is that I hadn't stopped in before!

My t-shirt order turned out well over all. Designs and lettering are very vibrant.

There were a few minor issues e.g. placement, different font size, and minor pinching of fabric. I hold myself responsible for not noticing when I picked up the order, but I would definitely reorder from Big Frog.
