Big Frog did a nice job placing a design on the clothing I brought in. The lady helping was knowledgeable and friendly. The order was completed in a timely manner. The concern that I had was I gave six shirts and only 5 were completed. If there was another shirts there, I would have thought someone would have called and asked if I wanted that completed with the same design. The store also have a very strong scent, for people that are sensitive, this can cause a reaction. Overall happy with service and will be using them again.

Ayden was amazing and was so helpful and patient and efficient. This is my second order from Big Frog and the customer service and the speed to get the product was the highlight for sure. The tshirts are also great.

Start to finish great experience. Used the form on the website and got a response back in minutes. Aisha was super helpful over the course of several emails and then in person later that day when I dropped off the shirts. I didn't have a large order but was treated very well. I was offered several options and sent a proof to approve and then the shirts were ready the next day. Very happy, will be back whenever I need printing.
