This is the 2nd time I've ordered from Big Frog. We had to special order school gym clothes and they were amazing. Helped us get the right size and everything. The clothes came early and fit amazingly with room for him to grow.
Our first time we ordered a special shirt for a family trip (first amusement park) just like this time they helped me order the special sizes, color, fonts ,everything definitely 100% going to them for all my printing needs all the time. The service I received from Big Frog of Plano was very good and pleasant. Since this store has the logo for our Church group, all I had to do was go into the store speak with a representative, choose a new shirt in my size and color choice to have the specific logo put on. The rest of the job was left for the representative. Once the logo was put onto the shirt, I was notified to come back pick up the finished product. All of this took place within a few days because the color shirt I wanted had to be ordered.
