In 1999 we had our first family girl trip to Florida. We took our mom back to the place she and my dad married, Pensacola FLA. sadly our mother has since passed away. We each had a shirt made, airbrushed with our names and year of our family girl trip. We planned our first girl trip back to Florida this year 2025 and in remembrance of our mother planned to have shirts made again. We began working the phones Friday around 3pm on where we could go to get our shirts made on Saturday for 13 girls. We ran into a big problem. You can no longer just walk in shirt shops and request personalized shirts.
I was referred to call the owner Bobby at Big Frogs as he could possibly help.It was almost 4pm when we spoke and I explained why we wanted Shirts made and they had to be done by Saturday as we were leaving for back home. He said get me shirts, sizes and what you want on shirts ASAP as we close at 6pm today and we can get your shirts made. Big Frogs are closed on Saturdays and he even said he would come to work on Saturday to meet us to pick up shirts. Not only did his staff rush to get our shirts made but he did indeed meet us on Saturday so we could pick up our shirts.
I can’t even describe how much this meant to all us girls from 12 yrs old to 78 yrs old having a shirt to commemorate our girl trip. The customer service is by far superior of any other store and the dedication to assure they meet the needs of their customers is top notch. I can’t say enough how much we respect Bobby, his staff, his store, and their service. The best part our shirts were made exactly how we ask, reasonably priced and good quality. We are far beyond satisfied with the service and the shirts. Thank you, thank you!!

The printing and communication was great! They look great and we can't wait to share them and wear them. The shirt sizes seem a little off, completely understand this is a manufacturer issue, but they don't seem quite right.
For example, the womens 3XL is smaller than the mens XL.
We will be back, but will probably supply our own shirts next time.
Big Frog, Joe Mock and staff do an excellent job in providing customer satisfaction. They gather all pertinent information, make suggestions if needed, and then produce the finished product as requested. They are professional, honest, and friendly. I highly recommend them!
I was very pleased with my service. I made a request on short notice and within a few hours my order was fulfilled and ready for pick up.
