Big Frog staff was super kind and helpful throughout the entire process! The files we originally shared were too low-res, and they were kind and patient enough to wait for higher res files. one of our shirts also printed with a very marginal print difference and staff offered to print a new shirt for us. :-) shirts all came out looking sharp!

We have used the BIG FROG of Murfreesboro for 7 years for our annual family gathering. Kassidy has been a wonderful person to work with each year. Whether I design my own logo prior to coming to BIG FROG or if I have Kassidy help me with the logo design, the t-shirts are perfect every year. Our orders have been as few as 5 and as large as 35,and the service never wavers.
