Only been to one class so far, but I loved the instructor. Everyone was welcoming as a first timer, and I didn't feel any of the snooty judgement that you can get at some studios. Definitely a warm community. Pun not intended.

Size of room, awesome setting with the candles in the windows, and Jenniferlynn's classes are the best in Seattle. Love that she teaches an arm balance, music is great, and the flow of the class makes sense. This sounds obvious but she is the only teacher that i think checks off all the boxes. I haven't done yoga in weeks and my class this week made me crave to go again. Thanks!

Pleasant yoga room, nice and hot. Excellent class instructors.

I've done Bikram yoga in the past and it's very serious. I liked how this Power Vinyasa class was more laid back, however very challenging. Maybe more challenging than Bikram.
