I can’t say enough amazing things about the team at Saf-T-Swim — especially Jason and Rory at the front desk. From the moment we walk in, they make us feel completely welcome and taken care of. Rory is super helpful with scheduling and always keeps things running smoothly, but I have to take a moment to shine the spotlight on Jason — because he is absolutely FANTASTIC.
Jason goes above and beyond every single time. He’s professional, friendly, and makes every interaction feel personal and positive. Whether it’s helping juggle schedule changes, greeting families by name, or just bringing great energy to the space, Jason is truly next-level. He’s not just good at what he does — he’s the kind of person who makes Saf-T-Swim feel like a second home.
Also, a huge shoutout to Michelle — she is an incredible swim instructor! My son is learning so quickly under her guidance. She’s patient, encouraging, and really knows how to connect with kids. We’ve seen such great progress already, and he looks forward to every lesson.

The staff are really helpful. My children have enjoyed attending swimming classes at Saf T Swim for the past few years. They both have learned how to swim and have been perfecting their abilities and techniques. I am thankful that now they are in the Joint class together.

We’ve had a fantastic experience at Saf-T-Swim Deer Park! The staff is always friendly, patient, and great with kids. The instructors really take the time to build confidence while focusing on water safety and technique. You can tell they genuinely care about the progress each child makes. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and runs on time. Highly recommend it to any parent looking to give their child a solid foundation in swimming!

The place is always clean and dry. The pool is warm. The safeguards are always there to keep an eye on you and your babies. The instructor provides many different lessons for beginners swimming. And I must admit the personal approach of swimming for kids with different abilities. My son has mild autism and Mr Chris from the first lesson found the right way to communicate with him. My son waits for every Sunday to come back to Saf-T-Swim in Little Neck.
My son's swim instructor Juan. My son is on the autism spectrum and Juan is so good with him. We started with another instructor and switched to Jaun.
Love the team at Bellmore location. My daughter coach, Valentina is great and she is learning a lot from her.
They made my kids feel so comfortable and relaxed in the pool.
Kelly works extremely well with our son and has for several years. She communicates very well about what he has to work on and how he is doing during session. He has been attending lessons since he was 5 months old and is now three and has grown tremendously.
Melville location is good. Staff are friendly.
Hope you make improvements to the Saf T Swim app and general appointment service - this has nothing to do with Melville location. I made phone calls to general scheduling line every time I need to mark absence. The make up tokens were NEVER generated automatically, despite I was told that it would be automatic. I had to call afterwards to get my make up token. Also please include calendar dates (not just day of week) to all your emails regarding appointments.
We love our instructor Mr Reymon! He has been teaching our daughter for over a year! We are so lucky to have had the same teacher with the revolving door of employees! He is so patient with our sassy little one and we are very proud with how much she has learned!

The instructor that my grandson has is amazing . He feels safe and confident with him . They also go at the pace that they feel is adequate for the child. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend Safty Swim to anyone looking for swimming lessons. My granddaughter used another company I I feel Safty swim is much better ..

Christine is amazing with our son. His swim class is at nap time so he can get a bit hyper in the pool at times. The way she handles him leaves me with a feeling that she is a trustworthy person. She has not only built a relationship with our toddler but she has also built a strong relationship with his father and I. We have watched our son grow tremendously since he started with her m. He has overcome fears and obstacles and is now thriving. She is a keeper!

The friendliness of the staff, the app is easy to use, the prices are reasonable and the temperature of the water is great! The facility is amazing.
Todd is a fantastic coach. He is brilliant in his way of teaching my daughter and she loves to go swimming because of him. She had a fear of jumping in and no one could get her to do so.
She shut down and cried but when Todd stepped in, his approach made her feel safe and she is jumping in with ease now. Todd is the BEST. Amari is wonderful and I enjoy the interactions with her and the team each time I go.
The instructors are knowledgeable and patient. Especially Gus, he was amazing with my son. My son learned quickly and efficiently during his lessons. He also had a lot of fun!
First trail class was fun can’t remember the instructors name but she was great! The second class we did the instructor seemed more intense. Thinking of switching times back to a mid day class instead of a 5pm class. My child seemed to respond better during the midday class with the sweeter and relaxed first instructor.
