There was a medical emergency with 1 of the instructors and the young staff handled the situation very professionally. They got all the kids to safety and took care of their co-worker with compassion. Corporate should be proud of this crew.
Convenient. Experienced swimming instructors. They quickly relate and work with each child at their level. My grand daughter and grandson both benefitted greatly from the programs.

My daughter absolutely loves her swim instructor, Jenna P! We had wonderful experiences with her in parenttot classes and after a few months have switched to one on one lessons. My daughter started off afraid to get her face wet to being comfortable and happy in the water. She loves going to swim class with Miss Jenna!
The instructors are great - friendly, knowledgeable and caring. We are in the parent tot class and not only does it create a sense of community but it also is engaging for the babies. They do a great job keeping you up to date and notifying you about changes when need be. We are beyond happy with Oceanside saf-t-swim

Everyone is friendly and understanding. We really appreciate instructors, like Chris and Veronica, for their interactions and willingness to work with us on our toddler.

Coach April and Coach Veronica are the best instructors that's my kids have. We appreciate their thoughtfulness into how they guide them to be safe and better swimmers.

I am really liking this Bellmore location so far. Barbara is amazing- very kind and helpful. Unlike my experience at the New Hyde Park location a few years ago (after being a member for so long and then taking my kids out because their management/customer service dropped drastically) , this has been a much better experience . They keep the same instructor throughout the experience, and my kids really like their instructors. This has been especially important for my son because he takes more time adjusting and trusting (to add to the fact that hated water for years) and he needs someone who is kind and caring. (I point this out because at the other location, where he was younger and less experienced, shortly before we stopped going, they were switching trying to change the instructor every 3 months even when I had asked them not to way when signing him up)
My one current complaint, however , is that people leave their belongings in the changing rooms ALL the TIME. It would be nice if staff walked around and emptied the rooms

Finally I got an amazing instructor for my child . Anthony is very patient and knowledgeable , he has been helping Aidan immensely.
My child has been going to saf-t -swim for 3 years and still in this program , how is that possible , it time for him to finish, it a long time milking money out of the parents .

I was not happy with the other instructors, management is not accessible, they hide behind the call center, not returning messages . I left messages since Sunday reg. billing and today is Wednesday. Michelle only called today because of the 0 star and LEFT A MESSAGE regarding that ONLY.
The staff is always helpful and the instructors are great at what they do. My daughter was scared of the water now she loves to be in the water thanks due to wonderful instructors. I wish there would be more times available as it's popular that spaces and times are limited.
