Kenny has Cherlyn who has worked magic by helping my son overcome trauma from when he was 2 yrs old. Cherlyn has made so much progress with Kenny by using creative strategies to help him overcome is fear of going under the water, diving to the bottom, etc. I can see Kenny trusts Cherlyn and I can see how patient Cherlyn is with Kenny. We are so grateful to Cherlyn for doing such an amazing job with Kenny. Thank you so much Cherlyn for being the best swim instructor Kenny could ever have! Cherlyn’s influence has had such a positive effect on Kenny’s life. We are forever grateful for all of Cherlyn’s time, hard work, patience, dedication, and professionalism. Thank you so much Cherlyn!
I am a parent with two children enrolled in classes. Their instructor is professional and courteous. She provides immediate feedback and tips to strengthen their swimming skills. My boys seem to be getting more confident in the water.
My daughter has a great connection with her instructor making it easy for her to engage and learn to swim. My only gripe is the last few weeks having to cut her lesson short because another child keeps throwing up in the pool making the entire pool have to leave to allow for cleaning the pool. Maybe speak with the parents of said child to alleviate any issues affecting the other families paying for these lessons or at least partially refund money to those affected for weeks on end who are getting shorted time for the lessons they are paying for.
The teachers are great with kids, and the manager is supportive and engaged.
My own children went to Saf-t-swim years ago, and now my grandchildren are going to the program- I believe in the program and the instructors-

We like the swim experience, however every lesson is the same. We understand learning by repetition, but some new tips or tricks would be nicex
A great place to swim! The facility is clean, spacious, and well lit. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. When summer began, there have been a change in available instructors, and the front desk staff has been wonderful in helping us reschedule and find new times with new instructors - special thanks to Leslie, Aniya, and Gus. The instructors have been wonderful! We love Jazzy; she is a great swim instructor. She is fun and straightforward, striking a balance between being playful with them and directing them to focus on swimming. We have been with her for many years and she has taught each of my 3 children at one point. We have been bopping around different instructors the last few weeks - Ava M, Ava A, Jordan W, Janae, and Mia have been great as well.
Debrah was amazing with my son. She was able to get him to go underwater. He has been fighting it for years. One class and he was under. He now loves swimming and he is so proud of all he learned. We are so grateful to her.

Both my son and daughter attend the bellmore location and absolutely love it. My 5 year old son always says “Saf T swim is the best”!! My daughter is 7 and autistic , and her instructor Zoe has been amazing with her. Everyone at the front desk is always helpful and welcoming.
I asked for an instructor who was capable of teaching a child with special needs and the instructor that was appointed is very patient and kind with my child.

My children have been going to Saf-T-Swim in Coram for almost 4 years now and there are not enough words for how happy we are there. The staff is warm and friendly and the facilities are clean and kept in safe conditions. I give them a 12 out of 10 rating!
