This was the first time I used the services of the Rockford bike shop and I’m very pleased with the results. I stopped in to inquire about having my E-bike looked at as I’ve had it for over two years and never had it worked on.

I love how friendly everybody is. I have no idea how to do even basic repairs on my own bike and every time I come in there everybody is patient and kind and they don't make me feel stupid because I don't know how to do these things.Everyone there is very knowledgeable about bike repair and they don't overcharge you or add on unnecessary items to your bike just to add to the price. I love this bike shop!!!
