I popped a tire on my Trek after driving over a screw a little less than a year after purchasing the bike at Rockford Bike Shop. The screw had gone through the tire and into the rim. With a touring trip upcoming I brought the bike in for service that day but was told a new wheel wouldn’t be available for 6 weeks.
After explaining my situation the team at Rockford took a wheel from inventory to get me back on the road that day. I cannot say enough good things about Rockford Bike Shop! With several other sub-par experiences in the area I wouldn’t shop anywhere else.

Needed an older bike checked out for my grandson. They were green and very reasonable. They were prompt and communicated when it was done . My son had done business with them before and recommended their shop. Would return anytime for new bike or repairs. Great local business
I needed a crank arm and pedal for my sons bike. I brought it in on a Tuesday evening and it was ready to be picked up by Friday afternoon despite needing to order the part. Staff members were friendly and helped me right away. The prices were good and even better for labor costs. I will go there again for bike repairs.
