I found the staff very knowledgeable. They had the parts I needed. They were able to give me an estimate BEFORE I brought the bike in. They were able to provide the services QUICKER than estimated. This is the second time I’ve dropped in for service on bikes I didn’t even purchase there. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I asked how long it would take to have a couple of wheel and tires swapped out, new pedals and seat installed and a tune up. They told me 4-5 days, but I got a text 4-5 hours later stating it was complete! These guys rock!

First of all, I'm a trek bike person and they had a bike I was interested in. They took care of the bike as the sale was going on. The dual trap Bluetooth antenna was installed wrong and broke right out of the box. The antenna Bluetooth was laying on the trunk floor before I ever took the bike out of the car and rode it for the first time. So I'm sure that the owner that installed it passed that as good. As a 30 year Master mechanic that I am I just laughed and shook my head and thought if you want something done right do it yourself. So now I'll buy a new Bluetooth antenna and do it right and do it myself.

Nice job on the deluxe tune up, and new chain and installation of new tires.
When I picked up the bike on Thursday, 02-22-2024, I rode it home via 20 miles.
One concern, as I was riding uphill on Courtland heading to Kroes, the chain and cassette?….we’re not in sync. The chain was slipping when I was using the 3rd/4th smaller sprocket when going uphill. I thought it might “work itself out” as I continued to ride….though I don’t expect to ride until this coming Monday and/or Tuesday.
What do you think? Bring it back in or ride a few more times?
