Zach is such a wonderful instructor. He really helps by cuing me to engage the correct muscles and movements to go into, hold, and come out of each pose. He also offers interesting insights for meditation and practice. He's always ready to explain, model, and modify a pose. He's very personable and encouraging.
Excellent instructors who seem happy to have us join them. The a.m. gals have really been diligent about asking us about our movement interests and then selecting movement series to address those interests/concerns.

Wish there were more advanced (2/3) pilates group classes after work & weekends. Would also like to see a circuit type class that included orbits/arcs & rotated between equipment that was scheduled for after work or weekend times.
