I've taken only 2 classes (Rasa yoga with Sarah and Vinyasa Flow with Ashley Nunn) and just loved both instructors! I love your yoga room! It is just such a special place with lots of good energy!

Nice instructors
I feel that every teacher in there has a high level of knowledge. I take classes that fit my schedule, not so much going for one teacher so I feel I have experienced many of the instructors. Each has a different routine and each class is different, which is something I really enjoy because I always feel challenged.
