The front desk staff was extremely personable, and the gift shop is smartly curated, both being the first things you see upon entering Evolve. Carson is such a force and a lovely presence, so I would recommend any of her classes. And even though I'm more of a yoga purist, I think the variety of classes and equipment are great because the approach seems to be be more about wellness and less about getting jacked! ;)

I love Connie! She is a great yoga teacher. I love that she follows up with me and encourages me to keep growing in my practice.
Love the teachers and the place. Please repair the floors in the yoga room. Molds seems to come up through some floor boards and air come through the baseboards by the window. It's an old and charming building that just needs some TLC, the same TLC your teachers give their students.

I thought the woman who greeted me was super nice and helpful and my teacher Hailey was seriously fabulous. She did a great job explaining how to move in and out of each asana and she talked just enough about terms and historical significance. I felt progress and effort but not strain. She's fantastic. The space is also really lovely.

Everything! The facilities are welcoming and have a great ambiance. The classes offered are varied and showcase a lot of different yoga styles and methods and the instructors are knowledgeable and friendly. I have been to several different yoga classes and studios and Evolve is my favorite.
