Yoga, especially taught by the amazing Rachel Wright. I also love the room in which the yoga classes are taught-- that long row of windows is wonderful. The classes I've taken, all taught by Rachel, have always been full, so there's lots of energy which I like. I also think Rachel herself, and the people at the front desk are very good at greeting you and making you feel welcome.
It is convenient. It is a warm environment and you are greeted with a smile. The instructors know what they are doing and they are good at making you work hard.
The studio is lovely. Have not experienced enough teachers to comment further. The classes that I have taken, however, the teachers were wonderful, compassionate and had confidence.

Modern studio with lots of equipment, small class size, great instructor and pleasant staff
Sign up and sign in were really easy and quick-- and intuitive. The space is really nice, both the reception/shop area and the yoga studio. I found the people to be very warm and welcoming, and I really enjoyed my instructor's approach.
I loved the facility, the instructors, and the boutique. The studio is beautiful down to every last detail. The front desk person was friendly, the studio had top of the line equipment and small props, and the store had a fabulous selection of clothes and accessories. My only regret was that I didn't have time to shop because my friend needed to leave after we took our classes and she was driving. Julee and Chelsea are phenomenal instructors. I loved all 3 classes that I took today. Thank you and I look forward to coming back the next time I visit Raleigh.
