I liked the efficiency -- my husband and I had barely gotten our bags out of the trunk of the car when the Parking Spot mini-van was there to pick us up. The driver was courteous and professional. And the location was convenient. And the return pick-up a week later when we arrived back at BWI after our vacation was also easy and quick with the Parking Spot app! I love the app, by the way -- it truly makes life easy.

Great on line service

I like the fact that you pull up to the booth, the worker gives you quick and clear directions on what to do at the kiosk, what lane to park in and to leave your flashers on for the shuttle. Shuttle pulls up, offers to help with luggage and then boom, on your way. EzPz
