Professional employee's

I have parked there many times and the office staff and drivers have always been friendly , helpful and courteous.

We love the convenience, the friendly drivers and staff and their prompt response when we are heading for the terminal. Especially love your promotions!

Very convenient to park at The Parking Spot. Register on line with a AAA discount. The bus brings you over to the Airport. The bus driver gets our suitcases out of car trunk. Takes our suitcases off the bus in front our Airlines drop off. When returning from our vacation, we just wait outside at the bus stop , right next to luggage pick up. So convenient and easy. Driven back to the Parking Spot and dropped off right where our car is parked in the lot. And the bus driver gets our luggage off the bus and puts them in our trunk. And off we go. And when signing out, we are offered a bottle of cold water. Thank you 😊

affordable, timely shuttle service

I usually park with the Spot because the service is great, the drivers are friendly and they take you directly to the drop off location. We came in at 1 am and called and they came to get us safely back to our car.

Friendly drivers, quick service

Quick pick up time and easy service.

Driver picks me up right at my car and takes me to the departures. Additionally, when I get back I am delivered right to my car so I am not dragging my luggage through the parking lot to get to my car.

The app. One of the easiest to use, very helpful

The staff was friendly and helpful; I was very anxious trying to figure how to park "off campus" from Newark airport. With the help from the staff, I was less anxious and all was okay.

The location to LAX, the convenience of not having to wait too long for the shuttle to and from the airport, and the friendliness of the shuttle driver.

Efficient. Great drivers
