I visit Mark Pardo’s Nob Hill salon monthly for hair cut/color, and a facial. Customer care and attention to detail are what I enjoy most about the experience. Celine and the rest of the staff are outstanding.

I was extremely pleased with the haircut that I recently received at the Nob Hill location. Edye listened to my concerns, took her time making sure that the layers were even, and continued to check in with me. I have already schedule a future appointment.

Megan actually listened to my son and gave him a haircut that looks nice and he liked it. That's not easy to do.

My stylist, Desiree, is so good. She helped me transition to white and has helped find solutions to styling challenges I've had. She is an excellent stylist with a great sense of humor.

Just like usual, Friendly staff to greet you when you walk in then makes you comfortable with water or tea. When your cosmetologist is ready they will come to get you and the beauty begins. Been a client for over 12 years with just this operator. Probably a year or two before.
I must add that Mark Pardo has been an excellent owner/operator through his ownership and dedication to all his shops. I was saying stylist years ago in another state and I know how hard it is sometimes in this profession. Thank you all that makes the team so workable and successful.
