I had found out that morning that a dear friend's (who lived in another state) father had died tragically, and one of the staff, I think it was Nancy, was very compassionate and gave me a complimentary neck and shoulder massage. The team there is always on time, always has the right products for my needs, is warm and friendly, the environment is clean, bright and welcoming.
