Everyone was kind and welcoming. Cynthia was especially careful of the skin on my face because I was healing from skin cancer treatment. She was amazing and wise, researching rods and time used in previous permanents. I am super shy and uncomfortable at how I'm losing my hair and feel like a fish out of water in a beauty salon. Cynthia made my hair look great and helped me feel at home. Mark Pardo at Winrock is the best!! ❤️
