What did you like most about your salon experience?

I had the best customer experience with Rue and the entire staff. I felt very welcomed and Rue was extremely attentive to my needs. She really listened, gave great advice and ideas, suggested products for me, and just overall made me feel special. I will definitely be back to Mark Pardo!

My first time to this location on the West Side. Franquee was the main reason I went there. He not only fixed my hair problem, but did a superb job at everything! He is a Master, no doubt. I also bought a gift certificate for my granddaughter as they have other services.
