I love the warm water pool, my medical condition (arthritis) is so very painful in any other pool. I like the evening water aerobic. I wished you had some warm water aerobics in the late morning. Like you used to have before Covid.
At the Y, the staff makes sure there are programs and activities that suit members needs.

There are a variety of group classes and ways to work out individually. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Instructors are well-versed and demonstrate various modifications to suit individual levels.
There needs to be additional general fitness classes or moved to a bigger space. Also, more mat Pilates classes as once/week is not enough to be the most beneficial. The cost of Pilates reformer class needs to be reduced to be affordable to all.
I do not participate in any of your programs. I like the easy access to the stretching room downstairs and the machines upstairs. I do have a request/complaint: when lying on the floor doing stretches, I look up to see tons of dust & dirt up high. Wish someone would get a ladder & clean up the place. This is not good for allergies or sneezing.
Great pools, locker rooms and staff. Welcoming team at the front door are great!
Training for seniors
Have returned to having 0530 warm water pool availability for a third day each week. Doctor says I need to workout at least three days per week.
