I would choose more outlets for exercise but my head injury causes me to be sensitive to loud music. The only class I can find at the without very loud music is the warm water pool

There is so much variety at the Y. So many classes to choose from to fit any schedule and all taught by enthusiastic skillful instructors!

Convenient, variety and facility is clean. Recent equipment upgrades are most appreciated. The humorous counter jokes are always enlightening too.

I love Pam’s Power Hour class and Shelley’s Strength Circuit class! I am grateful the sauna was redone. Only wish it was bigger! It’s always crowded at the times I can go. I’m so glad it’s been hotter lately (it should be at least 180 degrees!). Thank you!

Staff is amazing. Warm pool a plus. Lifeguards dealing with rude parents and they did a great job dealing with the situation.
