I love the water aerobics classes

I love my personal trainer, Judy. I am regaining some of my lost strength and she always has a workout ready for me each time I come. The facility is great and the machines are always in good working order. I am a silver sneaker so that makes it even better.

I don't really take part in these activities or programs but they do look great

I am a water person, so I LOVE the warm water which gives me (a cold blooded person) the chance to continue to work out in the winter. I love the hot tub, because it's big enough for several people to sit and converse or just CHILL. I love the treadmills and, over time, will move on to other stuff.

Good selection of classes for seniors. Helpful staff and instructors.
