The fact that you have two pools, one cold one heated, but I noticed that you don’t have a small child section of the pools. I would’ve liked to see that but everything else I enjoyed the light.

I enjoy the Shaolin martial arts program because of the great instructors and how it challenges me physically (in a very non traditional way), and mentally. The community we have is also healthy and strong because we get to know, as well as encourage and support, each other.

I am impressed at the quality of instructors. Also the welcoming smiles and friendliness of the front desk.

I enjoy the number of cardio and lift classes that are available and at various times. Instructors are very good as well.

Love the class choices , friendly staff and Pilates class!!

Heated pool

I like the warm water pool.

The Beaumont Center Y is a fabulous place to exercise. There are tons of activities and all the machines are very nice. Jeff the personal trainer is outstanding.

I basically only use the water fitness classes and pools. But every class has been great and a challenge with excellent teachers using different styles of fitness workouts. I come away feeling stronger and like I've really had a good workout. Everyone in the classes are kind and helpful. They reach out and remember your name. I love going there!

Pilates reformer is the only reason i go to Beaumont.

Enjoy my Pilates class.

I love that i could try the pilates reformer class for free; had a knee replacement and not sure i would be able to use that equipment- so helpful and I will be signing up; I love how friendly the staff is; it is what helped me break the ice to come and I know now there is always someone there to help me.

All the resources I need to stay healthy are right there at the YMCA. I enjoy the martial arts program the best.
