What do you like about our programs and activities?

Many stations and types of equipment for a full workout for any age or individual fitness level

Helpful, friendly staff. We like the personal trainer program which my wife and I approach as a couple with a single trainer.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Love the Y. I like the group classes and I appreciate that they are spread out to accommodate many schedules. I enjoy M/W/F 9am classes with Pam and I like Tuesday/Saturday Power Hour. My work schedule changes weekly (Nurse) so I love being able to have options with classes for my days off.

I mainly swim, hot tub & steam. What impressed me is the upkeep & cleanliness of the facility & how courteous the staff is. Makes it’s a lot easier to show up for the work out.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Great staff and facilities. Started visiting due to referral to the St Joseph Physical Therapy program there. My wife and I were so impressed that we decided to join after the second visit. I would recommend the location to everyone I know. I look forward to visiting it fora long time.

The variety. I would like to see more water aerobic classes and TRX type classes at night and on weekends. Getting to the Y during the day isn’t an option since I work. I understand COVID restrictions but looking forward to more in person options.

The instructors are great. They are kind, helpful and do a great job with the classes. I look forward to the classes because of the instructions that are given are easy to follow.
