All the staff is courteous-always speak to you when passing.and always when leaving or coming in. Programs are offered to your capabilities. Instructors are excellent and always emphasizing do what you can and are comfortable with.

I just like to come to the gym and use the machines or pool on my own time. I cannot make the classes and typically like to zone out on the machines.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I do Pilates reformer several times a week and your instructors are excellent. The staff is always friendly and respectful.

The diversity of our branch members is another key reason I enjoy going.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Everything friendly, accessible, warm water pool for arthritic bodies mostly. Amazed the Y’s only have one. Also the classes that have limits fill up with those that don’t have anything interfering with the time frame within which to sign up. There should be a rotation so others who want in can have a turn.
