We like the personal training program. It meets our needs of maintaining fitness with help from a professional trainer. Our trainer Donna is just great with keeping us on track with exercises that challenge yet are age appropriate for seniors like ourselves.

Since the pandemic I haven't participated in any program, but there is a group of 12 to 15 women who meet about the same time in the warm water pool and we go to lunch about 1 time a month and Monday we are going to the castle for lunch

The Y has been such an integral part of our lives for a long time! It is our grounding place. Thank you for everything!

I like that the equipment is new, that the facility is clean, that the staff is friendly, and I like to location and the programs offered. I am considering playing pickle ball, and I am also considering attending a class every so often.

The number of exercise options available are significant. I have a lot more to explore to get fit!

Our kids are on swim team. We bring them and then exercise.

I do wish there was another swim option or exercise program for kids outside swim seasons.

This YMCA has 3 swimming pools. A heated pool, a big Olympic style pool and a large outdoor pool in the Summertime!
The staff is always friendly. There are ample free weights and machines and many cardio machines, bikes and treadmills.
There is also a Sauna I sometimes warm up in from the cold, a Steam Room and a World Pool.
There is an indoor walking track and basketball 🏀 courts too! I notice there are some group led exercise programs others enjoy and a Daycare program and activities for kids. I also like the fact that I can speak about my Faith at times without Gym Drama. There is also a brick 🧱 out front dedicated to my Uncle Beuran too that is nice to read on the way in!

Special needs locker room for my husband is always spic and span. Lifeguard staff is always kind and helpful

Lots of classes to attend and very friendly staff and professional teachers and trainers

Ellen's zumba and Boom classes are my favorites.
I love the warm water pool but disappointed that the early water aerobics classes were never resumed after covid.
Also disappointed that it only opens early 2 mornings a week now.

I'm a Group Exercise girl. I love the quality of the instructors. Pam does an amazing job working to get quality instructors for the wide variety of classes offered. Love the high energy dance and Zumba classes. I'm a little "old school." :-)

Instructors are inviting and fun. Enjoy being with others my age.
