Dogtopia of Arlington Heights is a very caring, warm and clean environment. The staff always get to know the dogs as well as the owners personally and are always ready to help out in any way possible. I highly recommend this dog daycare, boarding and grooming facility.

I absolutely loved the woman who checked in my doggo. We hadn't been to daycare in a while, but when I said Luna's name, the woman acted excited like she knew exactly who Luna was. It made me feel like she was in good hands and would be cared for well.

I am very new at doggy daycare biggest fear of mine was how were my boys going to do, also I wanted them to be social my oldest started getting a bit ani-social and we live in an apartment community where there are a ton of dogs so my biggest fear was that he wasn't going to get along with other dogs, my youngest is very social and loves meeting new dogs but just doesn't know how to interact with other dogs very well. Dogtopia took all my fears away from their amazing and sweet staff to how clean and well-kept the rooms they have them in are. I never feel like I am leaving them but dropping them off at a good friends house, and I loved that I get to watch them too!

Bogie was given time to become comfortable, letting him go at his own pace. In general, everyone takes the time to get to know the dogs.
Dogs whose play becomes too exuberant are calmed before they get overstimulated.

The Dogtopia team takes great care of all the pups; they are attentive and careful, and respond promptly to any inquiries or concerns. My doggo always has a great time there (watching them with their friends on the livestream is addictive!) -- we love Dogtopia!

I love that my dog gets super excited when she knows we’re in the parking lot of Dogtopia for her to go inside and see everyone/play with her pup-friends. Everyone there is extremely friendly and hospitable. I also love how they incorporate special treats on certain calendar days (which is also a wonderful way to benefit veterans) and have special events for the pups (prom, Dogchella, holiday events, school pictures, etc.) The staff make it a fun place for our pets where they are also well cared for and looked after.

My almost two year old Lab loves Dogtopia. All I have to say is, "Do you want to go to doggie daycare?" and she comes running. I'm so glad she gets to spend her days playing with other dogs under the watchful eyes of the employees. Highly recommended!

The people are extremely friendly and care deeply for each dog. They take time to get to know the dogs as if they were their own. They work very hard to keep the place super clean. I have not seen harder workers in a long time!

The staff are amazing. They seem to care about their charges and greet each dog by name. My dog loves going. They have web cams, so I can check in on her. Sometimes she plays, sometimes not, but she always seems happy.. I love that they support service dogs for vets. I also like that she can get her nails done by the spa services while she is there. I've also boarded her there and was very happy with her care.

All of the people that work at Arlington Heights Dogtopia are diligent and responsive. From booking, through drop off and pick up, everything runs like clockwork. Our dog is happy and bathed when we pick him up from boarding. We also really rely on being able to check in on him during the day when we are out of town by looking at the cameras. We are always pleased to see him and see that he is doing well. It gives us peace of mind.
