Caring and professional staff. Reasonable pricing. I love their picture days, so fun! My refrigerator is full of Jodie's pictures. I feel comfortable leaving Jodie there, whether for daycare, boarding or a nail trim. As an added bonus, with the web cam, I watch her play. Jodie loves it there and can't wait to see her friends. I also love that they give to the community by helping sponsor service dogs for veterans.

The staff at Dogtopia AH go above and beyond to care for my dog. They are friendly, welcoming, and compassionate. My dog loves coming and I always know that he is in good hands!

The care that the Dogtopia staff put into watching over our pups is like no other. They keep them busy with games and give them pets when they ask for them. They also know your dog’s name, who their friends are m and tell your pup when their buddies are in. It’s absolutely adorable to see your pup react to their friends’ names. They truly take wonderful care of our pups and really do care about them.

They know me and my dog. They are responsive to my dog’s needs. They promptly answer questions and follow up with me. They care about my dog.

My dogs love going to Dogtopia! One thing that we really appreciate about dogtopia are the webcams. Especially when we board our dogs and can see them having a great time while we are away. We could not have asked for a better place for our dogs to be. It's like a home away from home for them :)

Very clean facility; love the webcam to check in on Ziggy. Very communicative, pleasant and caring doggie caregivers. When Ziggy’s daycare day is over, he comes home tired , happy and content. Very reasonable rates. What more could we ask for? “Thanks, Dogtopia”.

The personal touches, especially by Ross and Katey

I can tell that my dog, Kairo, is being supervised and cared for without having to creep on their webcams. He’s been to other daycares and he would return exhausted, covered in feces and he just didn’t seem to want to return. After switching to Dogtopia, I truly respect that they separate dogs when they get too rowdy. As an Aussie, people assume he’s extremely crazy and playful but he’s pretty lazy! Kairo would usually get bullied by bigger and more active dogs, and it was something that was very apparent by his coat condition. This would lead to unfortunately bathe him every time I picked him up. I no longer have that issue! Kairo now doesn’t hide from me before heading to daycare, and he always has a positive, friendly reaction when greeting the employees. He does come back home tired, but not in a worrying state. You can tell that it’s just from the usual socializing from being in a daycare. And whenever I do feel like peeking at the webcams, he’s usually taking naps and not getting trampled over like he used to when dogs were left to their own devices and no supervision. I’m extremely happy with my switch and look forward to continuing using their services in the future.

Our dog loves going to Dogtopia. If I mention the name Dogtopia she looks at me as if she can't believe that she gets to go and play. When I check on her on the webcam, she always seems engaged with another dog her size. I feel that she is safe and yet is having fun.

The team at the Arlington heights location is amazing. They treat our dog like she is part of their family! It's so fun to see how excited she gets when we pull up to them and they come out to get her. It says a lot about the place.

We love Dogtopia for Rex! He loves to go, he comes home exhausted and when he doesn't go, he's a bored pup who gets into things he shouldn't. Dogtopia is a critical member of our doggie parenting team! The only piece of feedback we have is that he often comes home dirty from playing so hard, but it's a small concession to make given how much he loves it!!

I was going to call you today to let you know how grateful we are for your service. Greta returned home happy. At another place she returned home visibly thinner, horse, and a different dog for a full 3 days.

The webcam was another perk we appreciate. It made being gone a lot easier knowing she seemed cared for and occupied.

The complimentary bath was an excellent surprise.

Finally, your staff was excellent and polite about fielding all my questions.
