We absolutely love Dogtopia! When we got our second dog a year ago - we knew we needed to find a place for them to run and play that wasn't our living room! Our older dog is anxious and started out very shy at first: he would hide by the cleaning bucket! However, the staff was so patient and encouraging. They had lots of ideas to help him adjust and within a few visits he was running and playing.

The staff is amazing and you can tell how much they love each and every dog who comes through the door. They know the personalities and needs of each dog and are more than happy to accommodate those.

We come for daycare multiple times a week and have used the boarding services many times as well. Every experience has been positive and wonderful, and our dogs love going!

Fun activities for the dogs

Always a great interaction from drop off to lobby. Interactions to pick up! Everyone who works there is so kind to the dogs, and you can tell that they are really loving caretakers, which is exactly what you want when you can’t be there for your dog and you know they are worried and missing you, this group of people is like Gunnar’s second family. We are very grateful to have Dogtopia Of Arlington Heights as a resource for our family.

I always feel that my dog, Fluffy is always in good hands when she is at Dogtopia. As soon as I mention where she is going, she jumps up and looks at me wanting to ask really!

I also like that I can check on her on Dogtopia's webcam. The staff is always ready when we drop her off and pick her up.

I love how the staff is so friendly and creative with our fur babies they make camp fun. I also love that I can check on my pet here and there on camera.

Every one of the caretakers loves your dog as if it was their own. Also, they share information with you whether your dog got a little scratch from playing a little too hard or you know it’s not getting along with somebody and gives you advice on how to overcome it they’re just very very good people and I love Dogtopia with all my heart.

Your price for nail trims is fair, and I like that I can pull my car up to the door for a safer drop off experience.

They like my dog and my dog likes them. They take good care of her and she has a fun time. Couldn’t ask for more!

Both our dogs love Arlington Heights Dogtopia. They always get excited when driving them to daycare.

The staff was very professional and friendly. They offered great insight into our questions about training lessons, the facility in general, and how to overcome certain roadblocks with our pups. The facility is also very clean, well monitored, and the pups are well supervised while in the daycare rooms. I would highly recommend to anyone in the Arlington Heights area!
