I am very grateful for finding Dogtopia. She was a Covid puppy, so no real chance to socialize. Because of Dogtopia she was able to socialize while I went to work. The staff is amazing! They really care about their charges. They greet each dog by name, and I've observed many happy tail wags as they enter.
Jodie goes to the daycare twice a week. She comes home tired and happy from a day out with her friends (this includes the staff). And I get to watch her play on their webcams.
Recently I boarded Jodie while I went to visit my sister. I was nervous since I had never boarded her before. Turns out I worried needlessly; they took great care of her. I know this because there was no insecurity shown when we got home (no following me everywhere or never leaving my side). They even gave her a complimentary bath!
And finally, Dogtopia gives us the opportunity back to support the community, sponsoring service dogs for vets, blood drive, collecting supplies for Rescues ...How great is that?!

They take great care of my senior dog when I bring him in for nail trims. Kate gets down on the floor so he dosent have to get up on the table.

We absolutely love Dogtopia! When we got our second dog a year ago - we knew we needed to find a place for them to run and play that wasn't our living room! Our older dog is anxious and started out very shy at first: he would hide by the cleaning bucket! However, the staff was so patient and encouraging. They had lots of ideas to help him adjust and within a few visits he was running and playing.

The staff is amazing and you can tell how much they love each and every dog who comes through the door. They know the personalities and needs of each dog and are more than happy to accommodate those.

We come for daycare multiple times a week and have used the boarding services many times as well. Every experience has been positive and wonderful, and our dogs love going!

The staff is wonderful! They really care about every dog. My dog is always excited to go to Dogtopia!

Everyone is friendly and really cares for our dog. Such a pleasure to go to a place where they take the time to engage with the dogs. Our dog loves to go there and gets so excited when we arrive and they come to the car to get her. Great service!

I had an amazing experience with Gaby when I needed to get my fur baby in for an emergency skunk bath. She was able to schedule us immediately, and Luna came back smelling nice and fresh.

Fun activities for the dogs

Always a great interaction from drop off to lobby. Interactions to pick up! Everyone who works there is so kind to the dogs, and you can tell that they are really loving caretakers, which is exactly what you want when you can’t be there for your dog and you know they are worried and missing you, this group of people is like Gunnar’s second family. We are very grateful to have Dogtopia Of Arlington Heights as a resource for our family.

Our dog loves her playtime at Dogtopia, it’s great socialization and exercise for her. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

I always feel that my dog, Fluffy is always in good hands when she is at Dogtopia. As soon as I mention where she is going, she jumps up and looks at me wanting to ask really!

I also like that I can check on her on Dogtopia's webcam. The staff is always ready when we drop her off and pick her up.

Every one of the caretakers loves your dog as if it was their own. Also, they share information with you whether your dog got a little scratch from playing a little too hard or you know it’s not getting along with somebody and gives you advice on how to overcome it they’re just very very good people and I love Dogtopia with all my heart.
