Ziggy’s safety and happiness is of utmost importance to our family; Dogtopia provides both! The facility is clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always receptive to questions or concerns. Training opportunities are available and have contributed to our Ziggy’s great demeanor. Very personable staff. Always is excited to greet the dog when you drop off or pick up your dog. You can always check how your pet is doing on the web cam. When I mention that she’s going to Dogtopia I can hardly get her harness on.

The staff is very friendly and interacts well with me and my dog. They have been very flexible on nights that I am late picking up my dog due to work. This is much appreciated.

The staff members were so friendly and helpful. While my dog joined the group, the front desk associate answered questions and turned the webcam video on full screen in the lobby so I could watch my dog play.

They are very friendly upfront and you can see it in their care for our dogs.

I am not on a regular schedule and I like the flexibility of calling an hour or two prior to dropping my dog off.

The staff is friendly, approachable and patient. They all seem to know each and every dog and this provides confidence to me in knowing that they are personally invested in the care of all dogs.
