I have been a cusomer at Christian Brothers a few times befroe this visit, and evey visit is just as good as the next. Very good service, they stand behind their work and if it is someting major, they get it done and provide an excellent warranty. I highly recommend Christian Brothers as the place to go for repairs or scedualed maintenence.

An extra consideration that would be greatly appreciated - - if the car is not going to be ready by end of day, as earlier stated, then notify the customer by 3:00 pm and let them know so they can plan accordingly.

When I call they answer the phone. Even if i have to be on hold. They are extreemly good about getting to my call asap. They actually care about the work being done. When they check out the vehicle they tell you exactly what it needs and what it does not need. No push to upsell anything. Honesty and Integrity. I love it!!

No one wants to spend money on auto repairs, but if you keep a vehicle long enough, then you'll inevitably have to. The next step in an already frustrating situation is trying to find a repair shop that you can actually trust... when so many of them have horrible reputations. The uncertainty makes a difficult situation even worse. With that in mind, I chose CBA on 2nd Street in Edmond for one reason and one reason alone... because they were personally recommended by a trusted friend. But even with the recommendation, I was uneasy, because you just never know what your own personal experience is going to be until it happens. That said, Jesse Wilson personally greeted me upon my rival, and he immediately put me at ease. He then handed me over to Clancy, an incredibly genuine man who shuttled me back to my house after checking in my vehicle. The car was serviced by Matthew, who communicated everything that needed to be done in a clear and concise manner. Weston and Mike were very helpful, as well. It's obvious that Jesse has intentionally created an organization that truly values its customers, and as long as he owns the shop, that's where I'll be taking our vehicles. Very professional and helpful! My car was finish on time and the hospitality to take me to my job and picking me up when my car was finished is what you call that hood southern hospitality! I definitely recommend the Edmond location to anyone!
