The team at CBA (2nd St. in Edmond) were awesome to work with! They were extremely thorough, helpful in explaining the issues and costs associated, and most importantly, honest! There have been multiple times in the past where automotive shops try to overcharge and/or up charge, but we didn’t get that feeling with the team at CBA at all. They were great!

The advisor was honest and only recommended necessary service. He mentioned a couple issues to keep an eye on going forward. Very pleasant staff.

Everyone goes above and beyond and out of their way for you. I was very sick and couldn’t pick up my car and they dropped it off for me when the work was finished. I go to Christian Brother’s for basic reasons and referred my Uber Driver to East Edmond shop (my location I use) last week.

1. Guys answering phone are always professional, courteous, and kind. Kind is not what you get elsewhere. It’s blunt, I really don’t want to talk to you, responses.

2. I feel like I get a fair opinion on my trucks. Sure, they read a list of suggestions but, it is things I should probably consider even though I don’t feel bad picking and choosing.

3. I get updates on progress and the work is always on time.

4. Courteous process at pick up and I am on my way.

In summary, CB having the basic business practices of being polite and delivering what they sold makes it easy to return.
