Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable staff
I have been there several times over the last 5 years and they always are professional and take the time to walk you through everything, without pressuring you into anything. Most recently I had problems with my Evap system, and they were open that it can be hard to pinpoint the exact problem and it take a couple visits but they would never charge you the inspection fee twice and they offer warranty on everything and will automatically fix anything while under warranty with no charge of course. That is something they have done a couple times. They also have a shuttle to give you a ride and pick you up.

This automotive store is by far the best. We were traveling from Georgia to send our son to Central Oklahoma University for his masters degree and our check engine light came on half way through our trip. We did not know where to go but remember seeing Christian Brothers close to our house in Georgia. We knew they were a trusted name and we took it in to them to take care of what was wrong with our son's car. They were the nicest and most accomodating. We explained what happened and that our son would be there for 2 years so they would be doing the required maintenance on his car. They were fair with the cost of the repair and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I cannot say enough positive things about our experience and they even called within the next two days to make sure everything was fine with his car.
In a world of declining customer service across all industries, these folks are always professional, helpful, and friendly. This is true at both locations I have visited in Edmond. Please don’t lose this quality! It’s why I go back.

The man who drove the courtesy vehicle was wonderful and so courteous. He was helpful the day prior getting us all set up with an appointment for my husbands truck. We were communicated with while the work was being done.
Everyone at the Edmond east location are wonderful. The genially care about you having a safe vehicle to drive and always get me in and out in a timely fashion

Very upfront about what kind of work was needed and what was going to happen. They weren't able to fix the problem but they also didn't charge me for it. Honest. Definitely will drive 30 minutes out of my way to come to Christian Brothers!
