Second time I've takin a vehicle up there with a notion on what needs done. They have guided my decisions based on thier professional experience. Saved me from wasting money on stuff other shops said need done. My truck was in and out in one day, they were flexible on the service, adapting it to my needs. Associates are always kind and professional. Reports are detailed and communication is excellent. The only negative I have is that for European models there is a charge for discovery that is not credited to your repair.
