I enjoyed the class. it was challenging but not too challenging also liked the ambiance and the instructor's flow was clear, well planned, but strong. I think this class can be well suited for a beginner as well as an advanced yogi!

Brooke’s class is always amazing! Her workouts are well thought out and cater to all fitness levels. Fire playlists!

Loved my experience and the studio was super helpful! I was visiting from DC and brought a friend who lives in Upper East Side to get her into the Corepower Family.

Like the general vibe, like the encouragement from the instructors to take things at your own pace, have been loving the variation in Sculpt classes recently

Great workout - staff is friendly and super helpful!

I enjoy the classes- they are challenging, but have good energy. Everyone at the studio is friendly and helpful. One thing I particularly like about CorePower as opposed to other studios is the 2 hour cancellation policy-- we all know sometimes work or other things come up and it is so nice to be able to cancel or reschedule at the last minute without being penalized.
