I love this place, such a great workout, the staff are all so very friendly and welcoming and really knowledgeable and the studio is always clean and fully stocked; I love all the different classes they offer; I take them all, they are always challenging and the heat adds a much more challenging component, its my absolute favorite part of the day!

The UES location is very nice! The studio and locker rooms are clean and in good condition, as well as all the staff being very friendly and helpful. Especially compared to the UWS location at 70th and Broadway, UES is much nicer. UWS is in need of some renovation and repairs.
The teacher was clear and offered modifications. The class was well organized. The studio was clean and friendly. I felt like I had a full body workout!

The studio is super clean, the teachers are amazing and help a lot during the classes. You get a full workout without going to the gym!

Core Power has lots of time and location options in NYC and I really appreciate that.
Please advise the UES location that the bathrooms can use more frequent cleaning and the locks for the lockers are a problem.
I LOVE core power - it's my favorite class and I feel so much better when I do it! I just emailed today, but had Corey as a sub and he was awesome - let's get him back to the UES!
