I really enjoyed the class

I sent this letter to the info line when I reached my 100 class milestone. Unfortunately the team never saw it but I still feel the same. Can you make sure they see it.

This past Monday, I hit my 100th class and could not let this milestone pass without taking a moment to say thank you. This place—and all of you—have truly made an impact on my life.

From the moment I walk in, I feel the vibe shift. It’s calm, welcoming, and grounding. Every single instructor has left an impression on me. Your words of encouragement, your authenticity, and care — it all matters more than you probably know.

You’ve helped me reconnect with myself, grow stronger, and find some much-needed peace. If this is what yoga is supposed to feel like—then yes, this is it.

Thank you for showing up and sharing your light. You’ve made a difference in my life.

I love everything about it. The heat, the energy, my favorite instructors, and most importantly, it's a fabulous workout and I feel stronger and healthier with every session.

Welcoming community

The convenience of signing up for classes and multiple locations. There is a variety of classes with many great instructors.

reliable, fun, dynamic, respecftful. teachers are well trained, don't engage in any diet/beauty culture talk about physical appearance/body composition etc.

I love the variation in instructors they are all very friendly, some of the patrons are not as nice. I wish the showers at the Upper East Side had better products and space ( it’s flooded with left over items from patrons) .

Great instructor and great vibes. I had a lot of fun.

Teachers and classes are great. Also lots of time slots to choose from. I don’t like that we will not be able to cancel classes less than 10h prior. It is difficult with work to predict what will happened more than 10h in advance

I LOVE core power - it's my favorite class and I feel so much better when I do it! I just emailed today, but had Corey as a sub and he was awesome - let's get him back to the UES!

I love this place, such a great workout, the staff are all so very friendly and welcoming and really knowledgeable and the studio is always clean and fully stocked; I love all the different classes they offer; I take them all, they are always challenging and the heat adds a much more challenging component, its my absolute favorite part of the day!

This classs has calming presence makes it easy to let go of stress. I left feeling more balanced and at peace
