UES has become my home studio, and I absolutely love the community they are building there. The weekday AM YS teachers provide very technical and difficult classes that keep me motivated. I feel like I leave each class knowing I am better than I was yesterday.
I will say the latest round of new YS teachers that have started teaching at the UES have not impressed me. Some teachers are completely skipping Sun B, and create compound movements that do not make sense and don't feel impactful. I leave class feeling extremely frustrated and like would have been better off staying at home.

This class is not a traditional yoga class; but I’ve learned lots of new poses with weights that I can do it at home

Drew Crowley is the best yoga instructor I have ever had in 40 years of yoga. She is highly knowledgeable and extremely enthusiastic. The entire class loves her leadership.

UES ROCKS MY SOCKS
Drew’s energy was incredible. She kicked out butts is the best way, made Sculpt feel like a party way more than usual and somehow managed to know names and infuse warmth and personality into the high-energy class. I definitely want to take her classes again
This was my first hot yoga class, and I’m a beginner overall. The pacing was great—not too fast, not too slow—which made it easy to follow along. The instructor was knowledgeable and engaging, and I really enjoyed the music selection. I also appreciated the option to choose hands-on corrections or opt out, and the instructor provided adjustments to a few people. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely come back
