Great club, instructors and variety of classes - extremely clean and sanitary, always smells nice (compared to other Hot Yoga studios that I have been through). Very much enjoy the ambience, serenity and space this club provides

This class is not a traditional yoga class; but I’ve learned lots of new poses with weights that I can do it at home

Drew’s energy was incredible. She kicked out butts is the best way, made Sculpt feel like a party way more than usual and somehow managed to know names and infuse warmth and personality into the high-energy class. I definitely want to take her classes again

In general, I like CorePower Yoga. However, if you are new to Yoga can be difficult to follow and the instructors are very hands off. They don’t walk around the room and ensure that you are in a correct posture. They’re very focused on making sure the sequences are moving fast. a little more attention to the accuracy with which the students are doing the postures would be beneficial.

The instructors were very nice, the class was on time and I enjoyed the overall experience !

I really liked the energy of the studio. It was clean and everyone was friendly. My only feedback would be for the instructor. Her cues were good and I enjoyed the individual poses, but I would recommend making the flows more flow-y and less disjointed. Flows should be fluid and some of the pose combinations felt thrown together rather than strung together. That's all though!

CorePower is my home away from home and has truly enhanced my life both physically and mentally.

So many studios so many class times! Love yoga sculpt 45 and strength x best. But every class I have taken is good thanks to excellent instructors.

Living in NYC, I love having many studios to use. It allows me to fold yoga into my day no matter where I am within the city.

I also have two kids in Boulder so I am happy to use the studios while there.

everyone at the UES location is so wonderful and welcoming! it's a smaller, cozier studio and the fun decor and all of the teachers there make every visit feel warm and familiar while stiil giving a great workout
