I like how Pat schedules my pest control appointments. My 3 properties are gated, and I need to be available to unlock and lock the gates. Also, I make sure my animals don't interfere with the technician and pest control treatment.

This business has so many great qualities: easy to make schedules, services provided on time, thorough inspections (not a drive by like some pest services), professional technician, courteous office staff and dependable service. Since I have used Terminix with their classic bait traps, I have not had any problems with termites. If they notice any activity they quickly corrrect the problem. Having had an annual contract with them for years I can honestly say I have not had any complaints about their service. The contract is worth the peace of mind that I am protected from termites. I highly recommend their business!

The tech who comes to my home is personable and always makes sure he is through in administering the chemicals. He always asks if I have any issues for him to address at the time of his visit. I have used Terminex for 14 years and never been dissatisfied
