KJ, our Terminix Service Rep, does a fantastic job in keeping our home pest free. KJ always gives us a detailed rundown of what service he will be performing at our home, and he is very thorough. We highly recommend KJ and the Terminix team.

Cody does a really good job when he comes to do the Pest Control and Fire Ant service at my house. He checks in with me first and listens to my concerns about any issues that I'm having. He is thorough in doing the spraying and the fire ant treatment.
Cody did the yearly Termite Inspection this year (his first time doing it at my house since he was given my route). He was very thorough, and he did some things I had not seen them do during inspections before. When I asked about it, he explained what he was doing and why.
I appreciate having a technician who is thorough and knowledgeable, as well as polite and patient in answering any questions I may have.
I have unfortunately had quite a lot of turnovers in the last few years in Service Technicians coming to do the pest treatments etc. at my house. There is a peace of mind that comes with
settling in with a good technician who knows and does his job well and is a familiar face when he returns quarterly to do treatments. I hope Cody will be doing my route for a long while.

Kendall did a great job. He did our annual dehumidifier check, checked and relocated termite traps and did our pest control service including checking all the mouse bait traps. He did an efficient job and is very pleasant to work with.
