Jason is especially thorough and always makes sure every need is taken care of when he comes for the quarterly service. Office staff was extremely helpful after my Dad passed away. Very professional, always arrive around designated time. Staff called to confirm ahead of time very nice. Have been using Terminx for over 25 years, both pest and termite. If I need an additional visit, (ants in the summer) I just call and they come right out and fix it. No extra charge
