The key to our satisfaction with Terminex is Kim, our service technician. She consistently going above and beyond to find the solution to a problem. She has a keen eye for detail and will observe things at times that we clearly overlooked. She is pleasant, personable, and professional. She is a credit to Terminex and you are very fortunate to have her as an employee.
The Technician is always prompt in their arrival time. Colby was very pleasant and inquired if we had any concerns and if we had any specific requests.
