Seem to do good job around the house. However, They usually sweep the spider webs around the storage building and spray it especially around the doors and windows. A new tech came this time and I told him that James usually does that but he did not do it, It really helps when it's done.
Scott is always receptive to my concerns and responds in a timely manner. I was up for the weekend and had big black ants. I called on Monday and he came out Tuesday. I have used Terminix for years and have always been pleased with Scott.
