Customer Service is great! It’s very easy to schedule or modify services. Also if I have questions regarding treatments, my questions are always addressed in a timely manner. My technician, Greg, is always on time when scheduled and is helpful in explaining what treatment is being done. If I am having a particular problem after a treatment, Customer Service has always made arrangements for another treatment if necessary.
