I have been a Terminex customer for 8 years. I have always been very pleased with the termite and pest control services. At any time when I need the company’s help, whether it is an extra service because a squirrel is in my attic, or reapplication is necessary because of too much rain, or tackling a hornets nest, they respond promptly without hesitation. Over the years, I have had extremely qualified technicians who service my home, however, I would like to mention an exceptional technician, William Ford, who goes above and beyond any of my expectations. Great customer service
Our service technician Daniel. He is very knowledgeable of the services and products Terminex can provide. On our regular pest call I had told him I am a no see ums magnet with recently over 50 bites in one day. He recommended the mosquito program and educated us on the process and procedure of the program. We now have the traps installed and are hopeful we can enjoy the beautiful outdoors once again.
