Terminix has always been great at the services they do for every household. I would recommend them to be your next service inspection and installation services.
They did an excellent job of installing a French drain under my house which was difficult in that I live a hill. They also installed a barrier on the ground, installed 2 sump pumps to drain underground water when it rains.
