Seth, our service professional, is very knowledgeable about his job. He sprays for insect pests inside and outside of our home. He also does a termite inspection yearly. We also got the new mosquito control liquid baits and haven't seen a single mosquito all summer. The fee we pay every three months is well worth it to have no insect pest in our house or yard.

I recently had a routine maintenance visit with Terminix, and Steve made it well worth it. We had no active pest problem, and he treated the visit as seriously as if we did.
Steve inspected the whole property, including the places most people overlook: the foundation, entry points, crawl spaces, and the areas around the eaves and garage. He pointed out potential trouble spots and explained which pests would be most likely to take advantage of them and why. His knowledge of pest behavior and seasonal patterns was impressive.
He applied a preventive treatment and walked me through the products he used, how they work, and what precautions to take around my family and pets. He also gave me practical tips for keeping pests away, like sealing small gaps and managing moisture.
Steve was punctual, courteous, and respectful of my home, and he answered every question patiently. I feel confident my home is protected, and I'd recommend Terminix and request Steve again.
