I liked that the representative (Jacob Bryan) took time to explain everything about the services offered through termini. Jacob appeared relaxed and comfortable about knowing his job and what it entails. Jacob made my wife and I feel like we were already loyal customers, which made me more susceptible to signing the contract with Terminix.
