The techs are always considerate of our home and conscientious performing our pest control and / or termite services. They call ahead to confirm their arrival and are on time or provide ample time to reschedule if necessary.
Office staff is very courteous and the technicians are always on time and very professional.

When Mark arrived, he asked if I had any indoor problems that he needed to address. But I asked him to make sure that there were no issues he observed - of which there was no issues. He did a thorough job on the work outside my home as well as checking my shed as I have had ant issues in the past.
