Quailty service by excellent technician
We have been a customer with Terminix for 9 years now. Their technicians have always been professional, on time and courteous. Our current technician, Shawn, always goes above and beyond to make sure our home is properly serviced. In fact on a recent visit for our Fire Ant service . he was interrupted by a 10 foot gator who was in the process of changing ponds/lagoons. Shawn took the high ground and said he'd finish the rest of the property and return when it was safe to complete the left side of the property which he did a few days later.

The kindness that your people show to your clients. Since I’m in a wheelchair, it’s difficult for me to get to the front door so I appreciate the fact that when the gentleman arrives that he just does what he needs to do and I don’t have to get to the door to greet him or tell him what to do. I don’t believe I have any complaints about anything to do with Terminix.
